Trapping What Is Already Inside

This step removes the current population, but on its own it is temporary. Every trapping-only job we have taken over from another company had the same missing piece: nothing was sealed, so new rats replaced the ones that were caught.
Sealing the Roofline

Do you have to go on the roof to do this?
Yes, in most cases. Since roof rat entry points are almost always at or above the roofline, a proper inspection and seal requires roof access, not just an attic walkthrough.
Will sealing the roofline stop mice too?
